Seafest has Begun!!!

Ok. CovJr rolled into town today so Cyndi and I picked him up at the airport and then came back to my house and dropped Cov's stuff and introduced him to Moose. After getting freshened up we took Cov to dinner at Chow on Church St. Then we went for a scenic drive across the golden gate bridge. Unfortunately it was totally fogged in until we got to the far end. Then it was pretty interesting looking with a bit of bridge sticking up from this solid bank of fog. Now we are here in my kitchen drinking a glass of wine.
Now if I could just find a way to wear live bees as jewelry all the time.....

Cov is a riot! He and I were up till one thirty in the morning talking and then when we went to bed he kept cracking me up and I him for about another hour culminating in a pillow fight around two thirty am. He started it and his excuse was that he was just trying to keep me from laughing. :biggrin: It backfired on him as I was forced to retalliate and that caused me to snort with laughter, literally. :D I also got a voice message from Jwaneeta that said she has arrived so that is awesome. Right now we are up and getting ready to go grab some breakfast at the Moulin Cafe with Lucimay.

On the down side of things. Lyr missed her flight and so is waiting on a standby flight so her arrival is unknown at this point. Sea's plane is two hours late according to the Quantas site so looks like I'll have to make extra trips to the airport today.
Now if I could just find a way to wear live bees as jewelry all the time.....

I resent the implication that I'm some sort of undignified pillowfighting cad. Yes, it's true that there was some pillow-based combat, and yes, it was my fault in the sense that it was my idea and I swung the first pillow. But in every other possible sense, it was Jenn's fault.

you people have no idea how funny cov jr is. honestly its like riding around with monty freakin python in the car. he's very tall and unbelievably funny.

dinner at chow was SOOOOOO delicious!!!! the halibut was FABU!!!!

the GG Bridge was awesome.

creator is here as well and will get off work (he combined this trip with
some business) around 2ish today.
