Well, he did just have a very surreal moment in preparing for Denver. We went to do laundry and he suddenly realized that yes, that was in fact Cameraman Jenn folding his pants.

Erm... I was grounded by weather in Denver and kinda had to scramble to make up the lost day and meet my deadline (it's an extra $100!). But I did it. So now I'm feeling... triumphant? No. I just dodged a big fat deadline bullet.

I'm a punk and feeling lucky.

I'm just thinking back to the times I did art under a deadline; 3 of those times were comics, and all 3 times page 1 looked great, page 2 looked fine, page 3 was nice, 4 was a bit sparse, 5 looked rushed, 6 looked like hell, 7 was unintelligible, and I've purged all recollection of any pages past 7 from my memory for the sake of my own sanity.

Tired for the second day running. Visiting Carla's mom in the hospital and staying too long, and then getting up at 3:30am to prepare for work. I'm not joining for the hospital today, and so I plan a nap, but I also plan a little preparation time for Friday Seafest. Hopefully I won't be too done in.

Well, it made me think of the comments she said about him forgetting his pants. And about the conversation at the Phoenix about the baseboards at Jenn's home, and what Covjr would wearing when he cleaned them to pay her back.
