turds abound in Azeroth as well as the "real" world.
ger went to Arathi Basin BG last night for the first time and
a group of turds corpse-camped his entire team in the graveyard
for the duration of the battle. turds.
I think there are more turds in the non-pvp servers. They don't get a chance to do that kind of thing (pvp) all that often. I can only recall one time that my mage was corpse camped on the pvp server (Dalvengyr). I've been killed a lot, and by the same character, but they at least let you get to full health and armor before they do it again.
One other thing is that it's easier to call for help on a pvp server. I tried calling for some higher levels to chase away a tauren who was attacking the Rebel Camp in STV and I got razzed. Some one would always respond to help on that kind of call in Dalvengyr.

Well I was having another mini-break from WoW (fatigued from farming Netherwing Rep) when what did I find in my email inbox this morning, but an invitation to the Wrath of the Lich King beta testing! They can consider me re-enthused!
According to the email, the testing is scheduled to go on until 31 December 2008, so unless they decide to end that early it's looking like another January-ish release for the next expansion.
Q. Why do Communists drink herbal tea?
A. Because proper tea is theft.
Nice, didn't think they'd be inviting so soon. The opt-in only opened recently, did you do that, or was there another reason they picked you (ie, were you in the BC beta, or something)?

have you ever tried explaining yourself

i've had this with actors before, on the set,
where they get upset about the [size of my]
trailer, and i'm always like...take my trailer,
cause... i'm from Kentucky
and that's not what we brag about.

I did the opt-in, wasn't lucky enough to get in the BC beta, although I knew people who did. I've been in the Football Manager Live beta more recently though and now I have a friend who works for Blizzard, which has probably tipped the scales in my favour a bit.

Sorus, you must have been incredibly unlucky on those Attack Plans. The last two days, I've got them on the first pull. (Granted, my "first pull" today was six Geologists who were joined mid-fight by four Bloodwarders, hehe.)
Oh, and two days in a row, the Shattered Sun Supplies I get for that quest has contained a Badge of Justice.
'Incredibly Unlucky' is my middle name. I basically have to commit genocide to get anything from those Belfs. If they'd just give me what I want I'd leave them alone... Did I ever tell you how long it took me to get the khorium scope schematic? Almost as long as it took to grind to exalted with Kurenai.
Still, I think I will give it another try... maybe they raised the drop rate. Worth it for the Shattered Sun Supplies, even if you were incredibly lucky with those Badges.
Oh, a change is coming, feel these doors now closing
