Maybe the Moderaters and/or the Admin will have a short essay contest about what might of really happened to the Un-Homed from the time Thomas left from the 3rd book till the Giants find them murdered in the 4th?!?!?!!!?!
As a reward have a heafty White Gold Dollar Purse.....
Just make up a little essay of what might of actually happened in Coercri from the time TC left after the defeat of Foul the first time and TC return with the Giants after the Illearth stone episode that killed all the Un-Homed....
Hehe I know this, I guess you are missing the point... Just something fun to do for fun for the group etc. You know go into detail about what actually happened... Just a thought...
Actually, it's kinda odd, from our pov, that Coercri lay unlooted for millennia. Nobody of the Land or the Haruchai would desecrate it, but I'm surprised the ur-viles didn't move in.

I don't think coercri mattered to them. It was, afterall, in the farthest reaches of the Land. Foul, as he began to form and corrupt was interested in the Upper Land, where all the people were. Foul himself was in Mt Thunder, the Creche had been destroyed. The people of the Land gradually forgot about the Giants and Seareach and the tales of the Un-Homed.
The Sunbane hadn't even reached coercri yet...I think it was just forgotten, Foul had "better" things to do, like corrupt everything good and beautiful in the Upper Land.
And I believe in you
altho you never asked me too
I will remember you
and what life put you thru.

~this world was never meant for one as beautiful as you~
...for then I could fly away and be at rest. Sweet rest, Mom. We all love and miss you.
With the death of Saltheart Foamfollower, the last living Giant of the Land, there was very little that might have happend with the Giants until their return during TWL.
"If you can't tell the difference, what difference does it make?"
Well perhaps this thread could be turned to the arrival of the Unhomed to the Land and their lives since. I tried imagining their building of Revelstone and the relationship they had with the Lords during that time.
But I think the time line of the orignal thought should be between the books LFB and ILW because if I recall Foamfollower did return to Coceri to inform the Giants that the Lords will keep their promise of the Gilden Rudders and then he returned to the upper-land to help out with the Lords.
It'd be interesting to see the lives of the Giants at Coceri before the birth of the triplets and before the massacre.
