Second-hand if possible (cheaper=buy more). New for my "nice copies" for my favorite books.

Work just hard enough to get by, or put in a good effort for high achievements?

Frozen--it's not as cold and I have sensitive teeth. And it's kinda like a smoothie.

Well, I'd prefer not water, but if I have to drink it it will definitely be tap over bottled (better price, better taste, more likely to possibly be well water--I hate city water).
