SRD Color Words from his other works (Mordant, Gap Cycle)?

Post by DukkhaWaynhim »

Are there any good color words from SRD's other works?

I know TCTC best, as I have read them more often (and more recently).

SRD color words from TCTC

Hang on, we're not done yet! Let's not forget the first unusual color word that appears in The Chronicles: ocher, on page 4 of Lord Foul's Bane.
He caught a glimpse of ocher; the person he had bumped seem to be wearing a dirty, reddish-brown robe.
Tsk, tsk...to forget about the old coot who first got Covenant into this mess! :D

Good point, Matrixman! Hey Landwaster, another one for the glossary!

ocher (also spelled ochre) (O-kur) LFB-4 adj. 1. of a moderate orange-yellow color n 2. a moderate yellow-orange to orange color.

Cerulean. That means blue, you know.
The sweetest woman in the world
Could be the meanest woman in the world
If you make her that way
