When I was a teenager, the requirements of a guy to get a date were a) an old beat up Ford truck with a gun rack b) Hank Jr playing in the cassette deck of the stereo (this was the pre-CD era) and c) a good supply of Skoal or Copenhagen to share. I had none of those things, so I couldn't get a girl to even look at me.
