Seriously? 50 views and no one's said anything?

C'mon people! At least give me some feedback here so I can tell the hubby some praise or critiques.

Your hubby has a beautiful wife. How's that for a start?

Bloody Hammer of Justice, eh? That sounds pretty cool.

Ok, so here's something more that should whet your appetite. A preview of Wulflorne: Elegy For Innocence!

The graphic novel itself will be in breathtaking, detailed color. This is just an introduction my husband's partner, Lee Cherolis, will be handing out at Baltimore Comic-Con. So if anyone is attending, please stop by the MODSPROCKET booth and give them some love!

Wow, a wife and a partner....I didn't realize New Hampshire was so progressive.

Good stuff. A simple scene, but effective. Not convinced by the woman's face, in all honesty, but that's my only criticism at this point.

Yes, I brought that up to my husband as well. Though it was kind of a moot point for him since she won't be appearing in any more of the story. The main heroine (or anti-heroine in this case) is hot. I mean, that's what everyone likes in graphic novels, right? Blood and boobies?

Nice critique, Cov; I don't know enough about that style to effectively judge it myself. To me it just looks like stills from an animated Warner Bros TV show, which may be exactly what it's supposed to be, but that doesn't mean I know anything about it. Guess I'm just and old-school type of guy.

Soooo....does that mean you like it or not? ;) I agree it does look a bit like some Warner Bros. stuff, particularly Batman: the Animated Series which we are huge fans of.

Thanks for the input guys, it's really appreciated! I'm trying my best to help get this off the ground and to try get a better idea of the demographic this would appeal to (besides those attending comic-cons in fantasy costumes).

As for the rest of you: I KNOW YOU'RE OUT THERE. I CAN HEAR YOU BREATHING. I'MA HECKLE YOU UNTIL YOU POST.

It's not my thing. I started collecting comics over 30 years ago. The artists over the years I've liked the most are Barry Smith, Bernie Wrightson, Neil Adams, John Byrne, George Perez, Jack Kirby, John Romita Sr., Art Adams, John Cassady, Jae Lee, Jim Lee, Jim Starlin, Greg Land, Kevin MaGuire, Adam Hughes, Gil Kane, Ed Benes, Dale Keown, Carlos Pacheco, Frank Miller, Joe Quesada, and a few others who's names escape me. Your husband's art looks nothing like any of those guys. But, that's probably not a bad thing as I'm 44, and he's no doubt looking for a younger fan group. Also, the dialogue is minimalistic in that comic. I'm used to reading Fantastic Four, Avengers and Spiderman, where there's tons of dialogue; in other words, your husband's comic is the exact opposite of what I would normally look at. In fact, I can think of an artist who draws a bit like Mr. Jazzfusion: Gene Ha. He worked on Alam Moore's Top Ten, and I loved it. But, he was drawing it more like what I like; they made a spin off comic called Smax, where Gene developed a more cartoonish style. I bought the book, but really didn't like the art.
