It also would not surprise me if The Vols beat Auburn 3-0 anyway. We don't have much offense.

You have more offense than we do. No one here is expecting a TN victory.

I would like to thank The Vols for that win, there is no way that we could have done it without them.

Wow...what a week.

#1 and #4 both lost, and #3 on their way to a solid ass beating.

Meanwhile LSU is trying to let Mississippi State stay in this one. Let's hope that the second half is much better than the first for the Tigers.

You're welcome. We're easily the worst coached team in the SEC right now. We couldn't even manage to put 15 points on the board. Pitiful. As much as I loved to see Florida lose to Ole Miss, their loss underscores the fact the Vols lost 2 games so far to teams there were easily beatable (UCLA being the other team.)

Don't feel bad - 3-1 is sooooo much better than 1-3.

Hmmm...it sure seems to be mighty quiet out there in Gator land.

This is the last major road test for LSU this season. After we take care of these Gators, we will have the next 2 biggest games on our schedule in Baton Rouge (those being Alabama and Georgia).

How Mizzou can be ranked ahead of LSU boggles the mind. Respect will be what is earned this Saturday night in Gainesville though, that much is certain.

Geaux Geaux Geaux Tigers!!!

TN barely beat Northern Illinois last Saturday. We now have a new QB (Stephens) but it's too little, too late for our offense. We play Georgia at Georgia this weekend.

In the past, I've focused on dlb and Tennessee. Seems like I have a second rivalry to play upon now.

Yeah, what he said! BTW jelerak, bite me. ;)

You know it's a sign of the end of times when Tennessee sucks so bad and Vanderbilt is nationally ranked.

It's not picking on Tennessee that's fun. It's the reaction of the Watch's "Tennessee."

*nodding*

Good for Vandy though.
I won't be happy if they beat the Gators, but they've stuck with the SEC despite being seen as the pushovers of the league. Let them have a good year (or 30)...

Auburn fired it's Offensive Discombobulator today. It might be coach Tubs year to exit also, things move fast in this state where college football is concerned.

There are 2 purposes to this post. First, a dedication to my friend and fellow good sport Menolly. Secondly, to demonstrate that when all else feels, it's good to have a sense of humor.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol has started to crack down on speeding in highways leading into Knoxville.

Punishment for the first offense is a gift of 2 University of Football season tickets.

Punishment for the second offense is - you have to use them.
