I feel good. I got an amusing email today that informed me that several authors, one of which was SRD were not informed that they were to sit on discussion panels while at the World Fantasy Convention in Calgary and so some missed them altogether and some were unprepared. Chaos. It's good to know that it doesn't just happen to me. :P

I feel good. I swam 1 1/4 miles in 1 1/4 hours, which is the furthest I've ever swum in one stretch, and at a better rate than usual. Now if only I could get my homework done at that rate!

I stayed out late talking to friends, and then had to scurry to get my daily progress notes done before midnight (they'd be late then). Sooo. . . notes are done, yet I am awake and don't really want to go to bed now. I've got to be back at work in 11 hours. :P

Impressive Swimming Auleliel I wish Icould swim properly as I can only do the crawl and after 10 lengths Im dead. I think I just stick to running :D

Ironically my typical running pace resembles a crawl...

Me too. It wasn't until this year that I could run a mile in less than ten minutes, and even then I was pausing frequently. I'm much better at long-term endurance (with a slow pace) than I am at sprints or speed in general. That's one of the reasons why I walk so much.

In terms of running I have improved over the last 4 months or so. I now average just under 8 minutes per mile for 3 miles and just over 8 minutes per mile when I run 4 miles. So I guess I am feeling "better" today.

I feel great. I had a wonderful (early) Birthing Day. I went to brunch and got treated to a facial by Julie earlier and then tonight I had four of my fave chicas take me out for food and drinks. The conversation was marvelous. The ladies were perfection and the fun flowed. I'm posting a pic in which I look terrible but it doesn't matter. I was with my girls and it was great. For everything bad that has ever happened in my life I have been blessed a zillion fold for the amazing people that I can call friends. I am the luckiest woman ever. I wish all my far away friends could have joined us but it was perfection anyway. Aren't they beautiful?

From left to right it's Terry, Julie, Heatherly, Me and Cyndi.

We did make a stop before and crashed in on Seth aka Lord Mormon of the Fantasy Bedtime Hour and gave him porn and candy for his birthday. His is on the fourth and mine the tenth.
