Dandelion don't tell no lies
Dandelion will make you wise
Tell me if she laughs or cries
Blow away dandelion
I'm afraid there's no denying
I'm just a dandelion
a fate I don't deserve.

In the name of their ancient pride and humiliation, they had made commitments with no possible outcome except bereavement.
He knew only that they had never striven to reject the boundaries of themselves.

Why are packaging engineers so evil? For example:
Why do they make the cellophane bag of Oreos so brittle that by opening the packaging you destroy it to the point that you are forced to eat all the Oreos in one sitting?
What magical property of the little cardboard tab-slot on the top of my cereal box makes it so difficult to use without destroying it?
Why must bagged salad be so difficult to open by hand that one often causes the bag to become a greens-grenade?
What mystical force prevents one from properly closing a cardboard pizza box with only one hand?
Why is entropy so cruel that the glass ketchup bottle makes it either tantalizingly unpourable or a tragic incarnadine fountain?
Why do "easy open" containers never open easily, nor ever close again?
Why would one make the little cheese powder packet in my mac-and-cheese so flimsy that shaking the packet just prior to opening makes it detonate duste de fromage all over my kitchen?
What horrible law of coincidence requires that our Helen Keller fire-alarm go off just as my wife is opening a new bag of flour?
