Dungeons, definately. Enough of you lot are 78+ we should be running level 80 places like Strath and Utgarde Pinnacle, maybe even some easy Heroics once Ro hits 80.
Of course, I also want to finish the ones I missed - Utgarde Keep and Ahn'kahet normal.

I forgot to take screenshots when we were in the dungeons yesterday - anyone else remember?

Why it takes me longer than 12 minutes to run Strath. :P

Since there's been more talk about addons today.

That's what I see when fighting (solo).
1 - Pitbull, unit frame mod. Very customisable, shows more and looks better than normal frames. Player, target, target of target. In a group, party frames appear on the left edge of screen, party targets on the right. Most frames show health, mana, and cast bar (very useful, should always have enemy castbars up).

2 - Omen! Threat bars, clear and simple - each player's threat on the current target listed in order. Personally I think everyone should have this.

3 - Buff bars. Easier to interpret than the default icons. Buffs up and durations on them are much easier to keep track of.

4 - Scrolling Combat Text. Another highly recommended one. Incoming damage below me, incoming healing and mana to the top right. Very good to keep track of what's happening to you in combat, and will probably make it easier to realise when you're standing in the middle of the big lightning circles that are killing you. ;)

5 - Bartender4. Lets you customise display of the default bars so you can have them all arranged in a better format, and comes with a module for setting keybindings very easily.

Edit: Oh, and 6 - Cooldown timers. I barely notice these are there, heh.

Some of my favorites:

Titan Panel (Includes a lot of little essentials like stancesets)
Auctioneer pack (worth it just for seeing vendor prices on everything)
DOTtimers. (A GREAT mod for most of the casters, IMO anyone who CCs needs this mod)
Quest Helper (kind of like cheating, but a great mod)
Necrosis (great for locks! Worth it just for having trances yelled at you)
Recount (a great damage meter, even displays pie charts and info like interrupts and dot uptime)
Deadly Boss Mods (some great situational info, like flag timers in BGS and raid warnings)
Omen (duh)

I think I'm gonna have to pick up item rack too.

...And on the subject of wearing PvP gear for PvE:
Resilience will make a difference - remember that not only is PvP gear itemized for resilience, but it uses up points that would normally be spent on +dps. The defenses are not only higher, but the offenses are lower.

[...] While that was true to an extent, if you look at the Lich King PvP gear, you'll see that it pays a higher price for resilience. In previous seasons, you could get very high dps and resilience on the same set of gear. That is harder to do now.
PvE gear will always be better for putting out damage than PvP gear, which is designed around surviving burst from players.

Curse their beady little eyes.

Oh well, it does still have decent agility and AP, which are my priorities anyway. It's probably my best bet, at least for a while. We have a lot of hunters to gear in the guild, and I do not roll on BoP gear.

And I do have a bit of a penchant for murdering hordies, so resilience won't exactly be wasted.

Yeesh. Okay, I am taking that as a challenge. If I dismiss my cat and run through and feign death I should be able to match that. :P

Though I have found that running through with Chrys breaks the monotony, not to mention that all those trash mobs drop quite a lot of gold.

 And here I thought you enjoyed the challenge of keeping me alive!
At least I shall be able to keep up next time and do damage! Plus get quests! Yay!

Thing is, most classes' best option once they have their starter 80 stuff from quests and professions* is to roll on Heroic drops.

Most of that stuff is the same iLevel as the Swiftarrow gear, but has higher agi, stam and AP in place of resilience (hence why you'd pick the non-set stuff over the swiftarrow pvp set).
Though it looks like you yourself have already found better for half those slots (swap your bracers, though!).

Yep, I picked up a pair of those legguards last night for 450 - had an eye on them for a while, but they're usually closer to 1,000. I plan to pick up the matching bracers, but haven't seen 'em for sale yet. I know my bracers are most in need of replacement, but everything in the AH lately has been Shaman gear. That Ice Striker Cloak is also on my list; Kaehln just got one, and it's very nice. Well, it's very purple, but the stats are very nice.

I'm also after some rep items;

Now I just have to drag myself out of Strath long enough to do some dailies. :P

Hmm... I've never seen the bracers for sale. Not that I check every day, and I'm currently broke anyway. :P

Heh, we'll have matching armor again soon.

 We do managed to get through quite swiftly now. I may be 61 but still enjoy going through there - I am more than happy to keep you company and practise mass distruction on those minions. Call it payback for all the deaths they caused me first ;)
