Yes, the Oath is where it mostly started. You'll notice if you look back that I've never used or attempted to use it (though I think I remember one occasion in P2 where I danced around it by swearing an oath but not actually invoking the Allfather). I suppose I expect at least the basic courtesy of being taken at my word (speaking for my own choice to not use the oath, without saying anything of the use of it as a whole), particularly since one trait shared by my characters is that they do not lie.

I would disagree that the oath was necessary, also.

I agree with Murrin here, to be honest.

But, in a sense, it's a moot point for me - Eztlicoatl would just as soon acknowledge the Tooth Fairy as the All Father, as accepting a being above him would be counter to his creed. If I was playing a different concept, I may have a different view, however.

Kinda like the void really. My ties to other deities are more a case of political ties between our nations and their followers then through the gods themselves. The void isn't a god, well it isn't aware of itself as one anyway, and as such doesn't even acknowledge the existence of any other gods, as it is atheism embodied.

Allright... another Prophet bites the dust, one god has attacked another in a spectacular way, yet another creature has been created which can be seen on the map, AND I'm almost done processing...

Heh, no kidding! I just started her this round. It would be a shame to have her kick the bucket so soon.

I think I will cease invoking the oath, because I feel it takes away intrigue. However, it's easy for me to work out ways to circumvent the oath.

Not quite the wholesale desolation I was expecting, but at least my efforts in the Twisted Lands are finally having a noticable effect. And some interesting other stuff going on, too...

No idea. Also wondering what happened to Halym, since it's not mentioned in Events.

Small note, my Aspect appears to be missing from the map.

Possibly the best turn I have had in the third age. Now it is time to plan.

My turn had mixed results.

Also, a couple goddess's(you know who you are) have over stepped their marks, and if i remember rightly, in he speech I posted in the story thread, i said any actions taken against me after the 3 month deadline will evoke response. hehehehehe time for a little fun :P
