According to wikipedia, Leoben is a 2, Simon is a 4 and Doral is a 5, thus:

Cavill - 1
Leoben - 2
D'Anna - 3
Simon - 4
Doral - 5
Caprica - 6
Daniel - 7
Sharon - 8

and then the Five, and RDM has said they do not have model numbers.

I personally can't wait to see Tigh and Ellen's first confrontation. She told Cavill that he was doing what he believed was right, so I don't think she is mad. And, obviously, Tigh is still in love with her. However, there is the 6 to deal with and the baby. yikes!

I think this new Ellen (or old, depending on how you look at it) already has forgiven Tigh and will have no problem with 6.
Unless Cavill really messes her head up.

Actually, he's taking her brain apart.............
He's probably going to put it back together.........
He hates humanity and wants to be a machine..........
He wants ultimate payback for his creation..................
Ellen created him.................................................................
Ellen LOVES being human............................................................
So Cavill's ultimate payback to Ellen might be......................................

Excellent!! :haha: Excellent!!

So, I guess there's no need to talk much about last night's episode. It sucked. Ellen was an annoying character who became very misguided, and had to be killed. Last week, she came back, and turned out to be the coolest character of all! Now, I hope Saul kills her again.

Any chance Caprica and the doc set that scene up, and Liam is alive?

Yes, she was very cool, but it got petty just as soon as she ahd Saul got it on. The second they were finished, she laid into him about his lovers while she was 'dead'. Then she went after Caprica, with her petty bs, even pettier than what she blamed Cavill for. Ironic, isnt it?

I think Tigh now sees through her and has finally been able to tell her no, see her for what she is.

I hope Caprica and the Doc set it up, but I think its too good to be true. Lets hope!

Not a good episode. Now I remember why I cheered when Saul offed Ellen the first time.

You know, she was so ... together on the Base Ship, and handled everything very well, from the moment she stepped out of the goo-bath.

Then, as soon as she gets aboard Galactica, she reverts to her old conniving, petty BS. I just wonder why they did that.

Yeah, that about says it. And the Baltar B-plot was fairly awful, too.

Baltar's a dick. Amazing to have a character go through all four seasons, and have no growth. He was crap in the beginning, and still is.

Yeah, good point about Baltar. What was that subplot all about, and why should we care?

It seems to me that the last episode was just full of filler material, as if the writers had to have an episode but had no idea what to do with it. And that's bullshit. With four episodes to go, that's all they could come up with?

Adama told Tigh years ago that Ellen always brought out the worst in him. I guess the opposite is true, too. They just shouldn't be together. Yes - she was so cool on the base ship. And the scene when the raptor doors opened showing her legs (like the first time) was great. But the two of them just shouldn't be together. I guess Ellen has forgotten that she was fraking Cavil on New Caprica? Oh - that's okay, it was all for Saul. But she can't have Saul loving Caprica 6 - I mean, his first wife was only dead. Why should he move on or anything? Sheesh!

What will the other models do when they find out what Cavil did? And I still hold my belief that Baltar is a cylon. Perhaps he's Daniel - driven insane by the doping of his resurrection fluid. Why else can he see that ghost 6? He's projecting, just like Caprica 6 was projecting the image of him. And yes - he's become inconsequential. Seems like they're making stuff up just to keep him in the game. Of course, they might still bring it all together. Should be a pretty rough ride for these last four episodes!
And then the ravens pecked out his eyes.

Good lord! Hadn't considered the idea of Baltar being a cylon in a long time! Yeah, that, and for that reason, would make all that crap worthwhile.

Baltar-as-Daniel does make sense, but why wouldn't Ellen remember him and include him in the meeting to take the Base Star and leave the fleet?

That wasn't Ellen's meeting. She was being asked to vote.

Also, I'm not sure every 7 was a Daniel. But if Baltar is a Daniel, it would maybe be that he's not what he should be because he was damaged while growing in the amniotic fluid that Cavil screwed with. Maybe Ellen doesn't want him around anymore. Maybe she knows he's dangerous because of the tainted amniotic fluid and/or because the sight of him breaks her heart.

That's exactly what it was. Filler. I got the impression that the episode was probably intended to be longer - maybe one of the two-hour ones they were talking about? Anyway, it was very poorly edited.

I should probably listen to the commentary to see if RDM says anything about that, but not really feeling motivated right now.

True, but I still think that she'd mention taking him with them.

And tainted or not, I still think that given the tone of "pure Cylon" that ran through the discussion, she'd insist on taking him.

Could be. Could be. We'll see. Really, I don't think Baltar is a cylon. Problem is, if he isn't, then why the hell do we have to keep seeing him in episode after episode?! His function had better become clear pretty darned soon, eh?
