We are letting insurance dictate part of it. We are using Red Rocks OB/GYN, and going to the hospital they dictate. We have toured the hospital, and while it isn't the niceness that we wanted it to be, it's big and looks somewhat comfy, but not as nice as birthing centers. Red Rocks has 3 doctors and one nurse/midwife, and it is totally luck of the draw if we end up with the midwife. We secretly have our fingers crossed though.magickmaker17 wrote: If you don't mind my asking, are you planning to use a midwife or a regular doctor? Cov - sorry to hear it, sir. As someone dumped a few years ago by my fiance, I have gone through it, and know exactly what you mean by the feeling of "I usually talk to this person about problems like the one I'm going through now." It sucks, and it might take a bit to pick yourself up again, but after sitting in your apartment in your underwear smoking cigarettes and saying "Fuck!" for a while, eventually you will reach the last "Fuck!", stub out that cigarette and wonder where your pants are. Good luck.
