Flickr user: Danacea?

Post by Lord Mhoram »

Yo, I've uploaded a picture of Donaldson from Flickr to Donaldson's Wikipedia article which was sorely lacking a portrait. It was uploaded to Flickr by a user who created it under a Creative Commons license, allowing it to be reproduced on Wikimedia by me with the proper attribution. Anyway, I figured the user (Danacea) would be on the Watch since they evidently attended a Donaldson book tour, and I just wanted to say thank you for the image! And I wanted to brag about how spiffy the Wiki article looks now.

Bravo! But an interesting choice of picture: weary, toiling, and sidelong.

It appeared to be the only image of Donaldson on Flickr with the proper licensing. But I think it suffices. :)

I think that's a good pic. At least it's not the stock-standard b&w one.

Good job, LM. :D

I agree, it's a nice change from a static head-and-shoulders shot. :)
