Which is why it will be going back to Saturdays. I have asked for feedback on what times work for people, and no one has answered. However, I do know that there are people who cannot make it on worknights, so hopefully this should help at least some.
lucimay wrote:also i think that at least in The Watch Guild the problem is we don't have enough 80's that are familiar with the runs and geared enough to do them that are willing to commit to an agreed schedule.
We've got OS down, if we can get started on time I can see us knocking it out within 30 minutes next week. That leaves time to do a few heroics or something, and we can try to schedule stuff for Sundays too. Weekdays are more difficult, but there isn't much we can do about that.

Which is why I've been asking people what times work for them. I realize there isn't going to be a perfect time that works great for everyone, but please give me
some feedback.
Also, I've said this before, it would be nice to get people more geared up. It would be nice to do more heroics.
However, we
are good enough to do 25-man Naxx. I've said this a zillion times; DPS is not our problem. If we were missing enrage timers, we would have an issue. 1500 is the minimum recommended. We might have a couple who are under that, but we also have several who are double that. We're good on DPS. We could be better, but the more we run the more gear we're going to get.
DPS is not the problem. The Watch is not the problem.
The people who aren't listening, and the random people from big raiding guilds who want to do things their way, are a big problem.
I know that some of them are affiliated in some way with DO, so I've tried not to be a bitch about it, but there were people there the last time that I'd never seen before and their behavior was unacceptable. They were either unaware of our loot rules when they were brought in, or they decided sometime after that they had a problem with them. They also wanted to do things the way their guilds do them, and while we are open to new ideas, we do know what we're doing. We're also not overly interested in helping the big raiding guilds get their members geared up, but it's more the lack of respect.
As I said above, if we can't get enough people from within our guilds, we will not go next time. AD has offered to help us as needed with our 10-mans, and a lot of them have alts that would be willing to help with heroics as well.
