I needed that. Thank you, Rigel.

I am neither THOOLAH or anti-THOOLAH (*shifts uncomfortably on the fence*) but that was funny!Rigel wrote:I always understood that Linden violated the Raver worse than he violated her...

My opinions not pending...I don't like Linden, but hate's too strong a word, maybe stongly-dislike...

I have decided to retract my membership from THOOLAH and go independent. This is mainly because: A) I very much enjoy Linden in the 2nd Chrons; her dynamic was needed in a series that, to me, wasn't as memorable as the First Chrons. Not because I think it wasn't as fresh or out of ideas (I simply like the Hitler-style forces of evil against good). It also added a dynamic that I very much wanted to see and had enjoyed immensely with Hile Troy (two Earth-folk in the Land).
But I think having her the main character for two Thomas Covenant books is too much. One Tree did it well; Runes Mod edit: watch your spoilers in this forum!-d
So I am no longer a card-carrying THOOLAH. The Linden Problem is much more complex than the demagogues here would make out.

could've used editing (nothing much happened in the book, let's be honest; it takes till the end to get to Revelstone, while in LFB we're at Revelstone by the mid-way point and so much more left to do). Fatal Revenant was slightly more interesting, simply because we got to see a faux-Thomas Covenant for the first 100 or so pages.

Ha!
Thanks for that. I was hoping for a serious discussion he may have had on the topic, but that was certainly worth the watching.
The rest of the clips are great too.
Thanks again for the links!
