Beorn and I are running through Sonic and the Black Knight for the Wii. Beorn loves Sonic, so he's happy.

I finished Dead Space, and I plan to start Call of Duty 4: Modern Combat.

After a great many people babbling semi-coherently about how wonderful it is, I've begun Portal. Unlike Fallout 3, it's not a huge disappointment. It's actually better than it sounded, though it's beginning to test me now.

Great game, I occasionally go back and replay it, since it only takes about 2 hours (once you know the puzzles).

Yeah, it's not very long is it? I just finished it. Took me about eight hours. It was great fun though.

I've been playing Sacred 2 on and off for a couple of weeks. Due to some crash issues it was frustrating to play at first, but it's all good now.

I've heard very mixed opinions. Some of my friends love it, and some really really hate it.

What was your take, Loremaster?

I had it for a week and returned it. Very average.

I'm playing Persona 4 at the moment, which is pretty fun, even if it is quite similar to Persona 3. Then, after I take that back tomorrow, I'll be playing Resident Evil 4.

I'm playing Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars. A perfect blend of 3D and 2D GTA, with some new stuff added in (and they are, gasp, improvements). The drug trafficking part is highly addictive. Reminds me of a space sim where you're moving cargo from planet to planet.

I slacked off on Mother 3, but I'm very near completing it. And, of course, I've been playing Team Fortress 2 and other Steam/Valve games for years and probably will never quit.

I agree. It's not spectacular, and the crash issues just furthered the frustration, but there's no other 4-player-co-op-Diablo-like game on the 360; so despite its shortcomings, I still like it.

Playing Streets of Rage 2 with my brother co-op on the 360.

heh-heh....I remember there was a Play Choice-10 game in the back room at the gas station/convenience store outside our subdivision in North Carolina...had a pool table, jukebox, 4 arcade games and a pinball machine in that room. Rush'N'Attack with my little brother. Sometimes we'd "play with Mace"..meaning, we'd TRY to get the other one killed. Why "mace", not "malice"? Because....isn't a mace pretty malicious?

Maybe not Diablo-like, but if you enjoy 4 player co-op hack-n-slash, try Marvel Ultimate Alliance.

Hmm...I didn't like Marvel Ultimate Alliance at all. I found Sacred 2 much more interesting for me.

I found Ultimate Alliance to be ok, but nothing special. It didn't compel me to keep playing. The only reason I stuck with it for a few hours was because I was playing it with a friend and we'd both had our share of tequila and cider. That helped.

The hack-n-slash was alright, but for me the story really killed it.

I think there's a reason people have a poor image of comic books. They aren't exactly great writing, you know.

I'll have to try Sacred sometime if its better.
