Do the Bloodguard eat

I think i recall in one of the TC books that the bloodguard 'do not need hot food' but we never read about them eating

They've always seemed to me to be entirely sustained by their Vow. No sleep, no food, no drink.

I agree, CovenantJr. I can only remember them using food or drink medicinally, not as sustenance.

I understood it as they didn't eat, sleep or drink.
