I'm usually not afraid of spiders, but I was having this dream where one was sitting on my Nintendo DS (which, for some reason, was integral for the DS to play some games I'd never seen before). Anyway, I suddenly woke from this deep stage of sleep, the spider still in my subconscious, only to see it jumping toward my eye from the covers. I literally jumped and then looked about a second as it slowly dawned on me I had been dreaming. But for a split second, the little bastard had transmuted itself into my reality...took me a minute or two to fall back asleep!

Spoiler
I also have this fear of walking into a public restroom and seeing a guy on the toilet tugging off and then shooting across the room right into my eyes, the moment I open the door. No kidding. I think it's cause I actually did walk into one of those tiny, one-toilet restrooms, opened the door and in the crack was some guy's dick. I was like, "Oh, sorry," and he didn't see me and I walked outside. :faint:

Neat list, lorin. But I won't say which or how many phobias apply to me, for fear that the knowledge will be used against me. :shifty:

I've witnessed that - but the guy doing it was in a bus shelter, not a restroom.

Somebody needs to give me a few million dollars so I can get over my Plutophobia. I'll use some of it to get me a supermodel, so I can overcome my Caligynephobia. I don't know what the fear of mansions is called, but I plan on overcoming it, too. So, in the interests of self-betterment, please donate liberally and often to my cause!

Phobophobia?
Gotta be. This could also be expanded mathematically:
fear of phobias = phobophobia
fear of fear of phobias = phobophobophobia
fear of fear of fear of phobias = phobophobophobophobia
(fear of)^n phobias = ((phobo)^n)phobia

Boy the nuns would have something to say about my math skills...

Lord Foul, you should consider not using this emoticon: 8O
and sticking with this one: 8)

This thread has taken a real turn for the worse...
... nobody I know.

Lucy: Maybe you have pantophobia. Do you think you have pantophobia?

Charlie Brown: What’s pantophobia?

Lucy: The fear of everything.

Charlie Brown: ... That’s it!

What would you call the fear of posting something on a message board that you'll intensely regret the day after?

(I'm intimately familiar with that fear.)
