The Cleaveland Show

Post by Warmark »

Just finished watching the pilot episode. Nowhere near as good as Family Guy/American Dad.

About to watch episode 2, needs to improve a lot to keep me interested. So far only Tim the Bear made me laugh.
But if you're all about the destination, then take a fucking flight.
We're going nowhere slowly, but we're seeing all the sights.
And we're definitely going to hell, but we'll have all the best stories to tell.

I saw the pilot. I might watch the show again if I have nothing better to do, but otherwise...
"It is not the literal past that rules us, save, possibly, in a biological sense. It is images of the past. Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. It tests its sense of identity, of regress or new achievement against that past.”

Episode 2 was just as bad. Rollo is just poor mans Stewie.

Yes, this won't last long if the writing stays the same.
Cowboy: Why you doin' this, Doc?
Doc Holliday: Because Wyatt Earp is my friend.
Cowboy: Friend? Hell, I got lots of friends.
Doc Holliday: ... I don't.
