I want to complain. I'm so flippin tired. Not sure if it's just because we've started daylight savings here and I haven't got used to getting up an hour earlier (even though I'm going to bed quite early). Or I'm wondering whether it's the 20km I'm cycling every day. Yes, I am insane...and I thought it might make me feel more energized but instead I feel crap.

Didn't we have a discussion about the meaning of "dag" awhile ago?
I feel tired today. I meant to go to bed early last night, honest. But then Batty called. And *then* I went online. Did you know there's a new version of Bejeweled Blitz available on Facebook?

I feel good today. Went on the treadmill and walked for three miles. Felt great to move since the surgery. I think its true, the exercise helps with the stress.
