I've mentioned it before but since this is a new thread i will renew my theroy.

Harry will fights Voldemort and in order to defeat him must use all his magic therefore rendering him impotent.

The Big D Bites it @ the end of 6 So Lupin TAkes over as Headmaster.

Hermione is now carrying Ron's Magical Love child and cannot finish her n.e.w.t.s therefore drops out, leaving Ron to apprentice with his Dad at the ministry to eke out a living, which they have moved into ginny's old room because after Harry dumps her at the big graduation Dance and She runs off with A SOD son of a deatheater one

and cuts ties from her family.Hagrid and Madame Maxime Get expelled from the school for getting caught in yet another mishap of magical creature mayhem

and Snape and Umbridge break away from Hogwarts to form their own school for wayward witches and wizards taking the whole of Slytherin House with them.

Everything else will be minor plot developments and need no further mention @ this time.
