Perhaps the Numen retains some of the Master's talent for animating the dead ... it might amuse me on occaison!

That the Master walks and talks on Our behalf is proof that We retain... and command... all that he was and all that he ever will be.

And proof that We very much enjoy the idea of keeping someone around past their own death, so that they may understand fully that they have lost.

If Eiran is to be set right, I will do what I can. If it is to be brought to a close, let us ensure it is done with reverance and dignity for Eiran and its peoples.

The beings of The Numen acknowledge your arrival, Lord Simjen. Though We will reserve welcoming you until you have made up your mind on the point of saving or ending Eiran. We find that We wish to delay the return of this world to The Void, and We encourage all to hold this same view.

An interesting tale, dragon. You did look through the smaller end, I take it? But unless there is more to the story, I do not see a reason to draw the conclusion that only my prophet may use it (as I recall, it was Cullep who lead the expedition, though the device was mounted and crew served), but rather the unfortunate result was due to the object of your attention. If I had to hazard a guess, I would say your eyes were perhaps too powerful, looking upon the face of the Allfather Himself. If one of my own followers had met the Allfather in the mists rather than myself, I think they would have fared worse than you did.

Which does bring me to an interesting question - how is it that you are speaking to me? How does a mere prophet, one not my own, address me? I mean no disrespect, but I would prefer to speak with your mistress. Can't have every upstart prophet think that I will entertain their babble, much less treat with them as peers.

Excuse Raucous' boldness, brother Smith. He has been able to address the Pantheon directly ever since my misguided journey into the Chastus portal in the Second Age. Also, through his and my connection, he is aware of much he does not hear directly.

I agree with your assessment that the object he looked upon with the Lense was the cause of his blindness, and not the design of the Lense itself. A shame he learned naught of the disturbance within the Mists which prompted him to turn the Lense in that direction.

Madadeva, now that I'm thinking of it... you might want to browse some of my reveal stories. Some of the things Master did during his life... those could be good inspiration.

Rest assured, those of you who are worried, that my only intent is to see Raucous skinned while alive (The Numen has pronouced that method is the only best way to do it.) We will then rip his wings off, so that he may see for himself. And lastly, thanks to The Numen's recipe, we will make a small opening in his skull and consume his still steaming hot brain! (I have that correct, do I not, friend Numen?) The head can then be removed to adorn the entrance to my temple.

Numen, I also believe dragon meat sell well, correct? We will then flay the meat of his bones, for feasts that will last weeks. Then the bones will be inlaid into the street to my temple.

O-gon-cho should be pleased that not one particle of her beloved prophet will go unused!

After that I will consider the private time activities I want to engage in to celebrate our success!


As to the feat that the Numen accomplished which achieved my admiration. He will recieve either my use of power as he desires ... or I will donate power to increase his use of knowledge. It will be as he choses. I believe The Numen will help with the Dragon out of his own interest in learning what exquisite experiences Raucous will have being skinned alive and experiencing his own demise. I believe such intensity will prepare him nicely for Death's embrace!!

As some of you know, the Lord of Eiran known as the Just One has been in Shakari the last couple seasons. During one of our conversations, he said this:

I know not why Earth has attacked the Shylan, my home and the land of many of your followers. I know not if you were somehow warned, and your followers safely removed to your cities before this disaster occurred...

I do know that if any of yours are trapped by lava, and facing certain death, that my Wings of the Weyrmacht are willing to come to their aid and fly them to safety, should you and they desire it. If I can assist in anyway, please let me know.

Self-sacrifice of shield-brothers for one another is understandable. But what of children too young to understand? Were there no family settlements in the affected area?

Are you aware of the "unofficial" embassy of your followers which arrived in New Zandarar this past season? They were forthright that they were not sanctioned by you, and I have much to work on this season. Yet I believe what they propose is workable, depending on the sticky points still needed to be hammered out.

However, if you are completely unaware of them, and will outright not consider what they propose, I will make them welcome in New Zandarar, and let them go about their business without negotiating further. My people have much they need to turn their attention to this season.

I have already been in communication with one of the deities that I believe is being referred to. It is that deity's choice to make themselves known or not. The other I have yet to contact regarding this, and know not if such contact would be welcomed as of yet.

I assure you, my volcano was no disaster. It was quite intentional. I felt a deep need to burn clean the Shylan Desert for I found it filled with dragon shit. Your lizards used my desert sand as cats use litter boxes.

Imray is my home only in that I am of Imray and Imray is of me. We are attuned, one to the other. But, I own none of it. I only ask my nomadic herds be allowed to roam and worship as they see fit.

Which brings me to another topic.

Zephyr, you would do well to offer me recompense for your destruction of Nithya. You bleat and moan about others even threatening your forests yet you do not stop at the destruction of other domains with power that is not yours to wield. As you can plainly see, my Lord Yekith is virtually unharmed by your bumbling attack but you destroyed my earth when I have never moved against you - and not ever even voiced a threat toward you.

I can see plainly that Nor Yekith has been correct about you all along. You claim to be the victim when indeed, you are the instigator. You are the violent one. You are the liar.

Gods of the Pantheon, behold! Look upon Zephyr and see that he has been percieved as good but is, in fact, truly evil for he hides behind a guise of goodness so as to cover his cruelness.
