We know that she was around 40 years old.
We know that Mohram was +- 77 years old, but did not look over 50.
If that is true then we can assume that she would look 26. Any other opinions?

In terms of the effects of lore-wisdom on the ageing process, we could probably assume that Lords, hirebrands, gravelingases, etc., commenced their training some time in their late teens, which would mean that they would age at a natural human rate until that age and then age more slowly once they achieved a certain level of familiary with the lore. In Elena's case, being 40 and looking 30 would be consistent with her ageing at only half the rate of normal humans from the age of 20 onwards. In Mhoram's case, in TPTP we read that he is 90 and looks 50, which might suggest an even slower rate of ageing in his case after the age of 20.
