Nah, it was a proof of concept for the upcoming movie. Although the footage used in this teaser won't actually appear in the movie, it's representative of the style.
For the game, I would expect something approximately equivalent to Modern Warfare or Gears of War in fidelity and quality. Not photorealistic, but still pretty cool.
