General discussion for the Zombie Apocalypse. The game will be up and running in a week's time.

That has always been Menolly's approach. She seems to do pretty well with it.

I would much rather interact than concern myself with rules, if I can get away with it.
Generally Beorn is more than willing to explain something to me when/if I need it, if he is up on the rules.
...and I must admit, most of the Watch GMs are exceedingly patient with me...

How time intensive will the game be? I find it hard to find time to write as many posts as I would like but would like to be involved if it isnt too demanding

Seriously, it's not intensive at all. The game is more like a boardgame - you can only really do four things.

Only four? Pft.
I'll be in - I loved ZA1!
You do not hear, and so you cannot be redeemed.
In the name of their ancient pride and humiliation, they had made commitments with no possible outcome except bereavement.
He knew only that they had never striven to reject the boundaries of themselves.

What four things? If it's a board game do people need new characters, or is it more a come-dressed-as-you-are thing?

If I remember rightly it was Move, Attack, Hide, or Scout (if anything the Hide might be incorrect). Most of the appeal of the game was the posting in the game thread.

I loved reading the In Character role playing.
Even if I had no idea what people submitted for their actions...
ZA ~ Game thread
A lot of the accounts have been used for other games after, so the names on them may not match the posts. A little confusing, but should be easy to read past once you are in to the story...

Oh, right. The fourth action was to use an item.

I formed a Clan in ZA1? What did that involve?
