Sorry skipping Bubonicon this year...
Bubonicon is the New Mexico Sci-Fi/Fantasy convention started by Jenn, mine and SRD's friend and noted author, Robert Vardeman (who was our Toastmaster at Elohimfest '07 BTW). It's held this weekend in Albuquerque. I usually go, if I can, but not this year: I don't even know the Guest of Honor> some guy named Peter David who I hear wrote gobs of Star Trek novels. SRD and George R. R. Martin are not attending so it doesn't look so hot.

Go see Bob. He rocks. I love that guy. Anyone who hasn't read a Robert Vardeman book needs to get on that. His sarcastic wit is absolutely brilliant.
