Now I CAN'T think of TC without envisioning Hugh Laurie!

Covenant brooded for a moment, then swung himself out of the oriel. Standing in front of Bannor, he said softly, "Bravo." Then he picked up his staff and left the rooms.
I mean, wow! I can't picture anyone else but Hugh Laurie acting that way, can you?
And Brian Blessed has to be Saltheart Foamfollower!
And Grace Jones has to be Vain!!!

I've never watched an episode of House, until this last weekend, there was a marathon or something on one of the Artsy/teaching Cable Channels like A&E or something. Wacthed 3 or 4 in a row, and it's a good series from what I saw. I'll have to try and catch up and follow it further.

And yea, every time Linden mentions Covenant (Listening to Fatal Revenant on my half hour each way daily commute) Hugh Laurie pops into my head too

Wayfriend, too funny, but it doesn't change the image of Covenant. Nice try though  :D

Yes, I *was* trying to break the link, and heal the afflicted.

I am the only one who thinks the House character is nothing at all like TC, I feel.

My mother loved House, but I just hate television shows that are set in the mundane world, so I never watched it.
However, I used to have a dull witted, abusive girlfriend who used to do nothing all day but smoke cigarettes, abuse prescription medications, and watch television all day. She watched every episode of every variant of "Law and Order" which I hated. When, however, she watched "House," I came to find that the show was quite enjoyable.
I realized my mom was on to something!
