And I ordered some special pins for us (see the Album). I will have a lot extra to bring along to Elohimfest 2011. :-)

Oh - and Orlion and Duchess... Can you email me pics so I know who to look for? Address is in my profile.

(Duchess - I can't remember if you were at any of the previous Fests, otherwise I'd search through those pics. Sorry - it's been a tough couple years and I've lost many important brain cells. *sigh*)

I'm sure there are a few pics of me in the Album. If not, I can send you some, too. I'm tall, short dark brown hair, probably wearing jeans and a tweed sport jacket (except Saturday - I think I'm going to dress up like Seely Booth :-) ).

I will try to make sure to get down there in time to see you on Saturday!

Do you still have the same cell phone number - if so I will text you as I get close to Columbus!

Romeo - I am not sure what I will be wearing on Saturday (probably old ragged sweats, as that will be the first thing I grab as I roll out of bed ) , but if we all get together for breakfast on Sunday I am planning on wearing a bright orange long sleeved t-shirt with a big black "BITE ME!" across the bosom. That is my Fist and Faith memorial shirt. ;)
Love as thou wilt.

(Note to self: Read Dlb's note to self and take heed!)

Great time so far. Altho it's freakin' *cold* here, especially compared with the summerlike weather we've had in DC this past week. Dlb, Romeo and I walked a couple of blocks to an Asian fusion restaurant with some of Romeo's friends (he seems to know everybody here!); I'd left my coat in my room, and would've turned into an alianthasicle if Romeo hadn't loaned me his jacket on the way over and someone else hadn't loaned me hers on the way back.

It's my 15th World Fantasy - I'd better know *somebody* by now. :-)

Had a great time! Wish more of you were here!

Found out from Steve's agent's assistant that AATE is at #15 on the bestseller list as of yesterday. Woohoo!
And then the ravens pecked out his eyes.

Me too, Duchess! See ya then!

I forgot to mention that there's an Einstein Brothers (the official bagel place of Denver Seafest) right next door to the hotel. 8) Too bad it's too cold to wear my 100% Unbeliever t-shirt (which I did bring, btw ). I'm pretty sure that here at WFC, we'd find *lots* of people who know what it means.....

Aliantha and I are attending panel discussions. We listened to Tim Powers talk about incorporating supernatural into the modern age. Good stuff! We passed srd in the hallway and Aliantha had to drag me past him. ;)

Glad I am reading this thread. I had just got done packing and realized I forgot to pack my camera.

Yes, *the* Tim Powers. :) The next panel we attended was moderated by Elizabeth Bear, whose stuff I will definitely have to read now because she seemed like a nice lady and a lot of fun. Then we went to a Q&A of Dennis McKiernan (whose stuff I will have to read now, too) moderated by Michael Stackpole. Partway through that session, Romeo walked in with Bob Vardeman.

And I did *not* have to drag Dlb past SRD -- he had to drag *me*. His comment, and I quote: "I don't want to be a fanboy."

I dunno, have I dropped enough names yet?
