I need to stop ordering books from Amazon...

Post by kevinswatch »

I finally got my copy of AATE today, after preordering it... :)

Ok, so I also preordered it with the new Wheel of Time book...and got the free shipping...but still! It's been over a week since the Wheel of Time book came out!

But worse, there's a big ass RIP in my book cover!

Oh well. At least I got both combined for less than 30 bucks.

Will start reading shorting.............

Okay..I'm just testing the quote function to see if it changes also when a post is edited by its originator.

No, I think you will find that the quote function captures the text as it exists at the time you quote it. It does not link to the post and dynamically provide the content, it grabs the literal text when you quote and inserts those characters into your draft post.

SD's right about the quote function.

And good luck, Jay. Hopefully AATE will be less of a slog for you....
