Because of course the abbreviation of the fan-created name for a character who was given a real name in the second episode he appeared in is going to be known by everyone who's even heard of the show.

That was only a last name, he didn't get a first name for quite some time after that ;) Maybe not even until Second Season(?)

Wow, now I've been criticized by a Wookie bag lady. Better go check that off my bucket list......

Was David Bowie in that movie? I saw that in the theater, but seem to have forgotten about most of it, including your avatar character. I mean to the point that if you asked me, I'd have said Rocketeer was the first movie I saw Jennifer Connelly in.

I had completely forgotten this character until I saw the film again a few years ago.

Yeah, Bowie was the goblin king.

heh...rocketeer...in Hollywood they did a complete period-restoration on a theater [with concealed state-of-the-art sound], closed the boulevard and set up a period carnival in front of the theater for the premier. Just a purely fantastic time....except for the movie itself.

Oh...and...
"Dance, baby dance!"
I kinda liked that flick.
hmmm...but who was in it from "House?"

"Most people are other people. Their thoughts are someone else's opinions, their lives a mimicry, their passions a quotation."
the hyperbole is a beauty...for we are then allowed to say a little more than the truth...and language is more efficient when it goes beyond reality than when it stops short of it.

It was nice having 13 back, even though I had to wait so long between new episodes that I forgot 13 was coming back.

It's such a piece of crap show these days. Past time to put it out of its misery.

Only 1 season left.
"It is not the literal past that rules us, save, possibly, in a biological sense. It is images of the past. Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. It tests its sense of identity, of regress or new achievement against that past.”

Saw him perform a song on Graham Norton after Dr Who on BBCA this Saturday, he's pretty good, I was surprised.

Hey Lorin, what were you in rehab for ;)
