OK, Syl, I rented it. It's a whole lot of fun!!

An interesting premise, though I think very unrealistic/unlikely. (I know it's actually a totally different thing, but it brought to mind a short story I read years ago. They thought it was unfair that some people were better than others in various ways, and decided that everyone should be equal. So to stop the smart people from having an unfair advantage over the less smart, they had some sort of earphones in the smart people's ears. Every once in a while, loud noises would go off, breaking the person's train of thought. That way, they couldn't ever use their brilliance. Seeing her husband wince once, a wife asked what it was, and he said that it sounded like a car crash, or something.)
But I digress...
The fights were different, and interesting. I particularly like the very last one, with the two trying to shoot each other. It looked as though they had decent choreography, and don't understand why they felt the need to mess with the cameras the way they did.
The gun kata is also a very neat idea, even if I don't think it would work as well as all that.
All in all, I definitely recommend it.
