I really like it. Your Linden has replaced the Linden image in my mind. I always see her as less defined but somehow kind of haggard. Vain is Vain is Vain.

Not a criticism- but - have you considered putting the background in? You could have fun with a super hot haze effect.

YES! Vain (without hair) is much as my mind's eye saw him, but your image makes me wonder about how much hair spray Linden must be using that her hair is defying gravity? ;)
