Led comes sprinting down the hall, then checks that his belt is on straight. Then he makes sure his shirt is tucked in, and his new pimp hat has the proper tilt. Then he straightens his overcoat, and makes sure there's no lint on the leopard print.Annalysei wrote:Anna scrambles up, then checks and makes sure her boots are activated

Wait, I can't tell if I should respond with L.A. Story, or Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. But I think the Lady Chablis wins, the Doll, the Grand Empress, and with her motherfucking ice pick.
Okay, can someone 'splain something for me? Laurel told us not to get w/i 20 feet because she was trying the dirge, it didn't work, so can we get close to it now, because like Led, Anna's no good at all from a distance. Sure, I could zing him with a few spells, but I could knock the hell out of him if I got close.

Uhm...
Laurel didn't fire upon the Nessian this round. Her standard action was launching in to Inspire Courage...the DM wrote:Laurel's first arrow strikes true, her second sails away fruitlessly. (11 points)
I am hoping perhaps that was of more use to the others attacks.Laurel wrote:Her spells running low, the bard smothers her disappointment at the dirge not affecting the Nessian and, keeping her arrow trained upon the lumbering beast, switches melodies to one of inspiring courage to help her comrades in battle.
