I'd go with:
1) Dr. Manhatten (film)
2) Ozymandias (film)
3) Iron Man (comic)
4) Batman

For comedy: Orgazmo!
But seriously, my faves would have to be: Silver Surfer, Optimus Prime, The Question (okay, so no superpowers, but...), The Atom, Batman.

Bonnie Baxter should have been the bassist. Toby Tucker, the trombonist. Swing Sisson, the singer/saxophonist. Dirk Diggler, the drummer. Gus Grissom, guitarist. Jeez, comics from the 40's missed all kinds of opportunities.

Mine is batman. No doubt whatsoever. Two identities, both of them amazing. One is a regular citizen who everyone admires, but finds something of a boor. The other is a hero of justice who, when necessary, acts the villain in order to create happiness and justice for Gotham.
But your choices are good too!
