:LOLS: It doesn't matter whether you are or not. :D It's still gonna take that long to come out. ;)

Welcome to the Watch. Think of it as something to do in the meanwhile.

Hello. I'm a Newbie to this Forum. Be patient while I learn your Lore.... I have recently re-read the First and Second Chronicles and am now reading Fatal Revenant.

I am a Retired RN, lost in the Ozarks, and would rather read than do anything else....

Hi everyone, never joined a forum in my life so please excuse novice approach. Finished Against All Things Ending yesterday and then looked up when next book due - 2013! Dismayed. Considering re-reading the whole lot again to take up the time but it has been best part of 30 years since I read them first time I think! Should I start again?

Be Welcome to the Watch, Seadreamer.
Be Well Come and True.

Many Watchers reread the chrons and get something new out of them each time. And this time you have the advantage of joining in the Dissecting the Land group reads as you go along! Not only may you gain further insight from comments shared before, but you are welcome to post your own insight in to each chapter as you go, even all the way back to LFB.

Come explore the rest of the Watch as well. We have multiple topics from other authors to movies, role playing games, polictics, Watcher original art work, poety, and prose, etc.

Jump in and take part anywhere.

Guilty! Re-read the first trilogy more times than I can count. And I make a habit of reading through the whole thing before I read the LC books. I don't think you'll be disappointed, they age like the finest vintage. 8)

As Av said, look around and jump in anywhere.
The Watch covers all sorts of topics in addition to those regarding SRD and his works.

Hi from new member

Post by Blasius »

I think I am new to the watch, though I may have posted in it many years back...

My personality is such that I am not prone to becoming a fan. But after reading the short story Reave the Just, SRD became my only must-read author -- I decided then that whatever he puts out, I have to read.

I am pleasantly surprised at the size of the community and discussion here! SRD certainly deserves it.

Welcome to the Watch!

Clearly, your current Watchname is new. If you posted before, do you recall under what name you formerly participated?

In any case, enjoy, explore, and chime in wherever you feel moved to do so.
