Rush is gonna be here in Tampa at the newly renamed 1-800 ASK-GARY Ampitheatre next friday (Oct. 1), so in honor of the event, I decided to order a Cafe Press t-shirt:

I saw Rush this past Saturday night up here. Interesting song selection (aside from the entirety of Moving Pictures), but as usual, a stunning show.

I just got tickets to Mumford & Sons at the end of October in Denver. And we have a sitter and I have the next day off, so I've got my fingers crossed that nothing else bars us from going. One of the few times the wife and I will go to a concert together. I can't wait.

Now I just need to get the Eels ticket for myself...

Get that Eels ticket Cag!!

I'm going to see Dandy Warhols on Thursday - looking forward to it. Got a sitter too, so my wife is coming too. It's a little unusual that international bands tour my part of the world. If they come to Australia it's usually Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, maybe Adelaide, Perth, and that's usually it.

So when they do visit my city, I'm keen to support it.

ah sh*t, bummer sarge! But Mumford, live, are worth a drive, I promise you!

Wait til I show you the balls that Glastonbury have made of my festival, though! Please, as usual, go to Festival thread and point out the gems that I may have missed....

Danlo where are you?

The Horslips have re-formed  they're doing a few festivals around the UK this summer and I've heard rumours of a full tour this autumn/winter.

Dates so far would cost me about £100 for ticket and travel -not sure if I want to pay that for a shortened festival set, but then again if the tour doesn't happen....
