Very little of this thing is scripted, but this part is. How do we get this much script to work on film? Simple. Moon people are telepathic and don't move their lips. Voiceovers, edit, done!

I am Thregild, son of the strong one! Who dares tread upon the lands of the Strong One?
I am Prince Ammit, of the Valley of Bilafaha, homeland of the first Strong One to rule our Planet, and I am of his bloodline.
I am Meelah the Knower, I have been travelling under this Prince's protection two sunrises past to speak with the strong one. We two are the last of our party. The others perished.
T: How do I know you have no army hidden beyond my sight, waiting for me to turn my back and take you to my glorious father?
A: You are kin to me, Thregild. Surely your thoughtblood percieves our truth.
T: my thoughtblood has left me, I lost it when the Ravener of Offjack nearly sundered my skull. But I will trust you for now. Let the knower speak, that I may know if there is wisdom in allowing you visitation on to holy land.
M: my dreams forsee the howlers rizing. They feed even now upon the blood of the people of the blue planet. They recover their strength, this time under the mastery of one of their darkest souls. It is imperative for the good of our planet that we stop them before they grow too strong.
T: How do you know they threaten us? We are not strong enough to descend to the near world to aid them anymore!
M: I have seen that they bear our likeness. The new foes come in the likeness of Prince Ammit and myself. Their master I did not recognise until this chance we stand upon now. He is in thy image, son of the Strong One!
T: Hold your tongue for one who may discern. I will take you to my father, and you too, Prince.
A: We ask to share in your water, and any dust you may feed us with.
T: My water gathers not far from here, but we have no time to seek nutrients from the dust. I was told by my father that all haste would be needed in the time when a knower would speak of my image being used for evil! Come! My father has the old food, which will give you strength for many years!
A: The old food! What a wonder it must be to taste! Yes we will endure the journey on our waning energy! Take us!
walk off together
M; none in my family has had food that once lived. For ten generations we have only eaten the dust of old life!
T: save your strength, knower and kinsman. little water have I gathered since the sun last set.
far shot of walking.
they gather around a pot and wave their arms over it.
A: how thirsty we have been. we will drink little, Thregild.
T: this place recieves the most water, yet see how meager it is.
M: I know walls here.
T: yes, once stood the gates of the gnarled ones, vistors to our planet when we lived under cloud and by seaside, visitors from a planet we once neighbored as we orbited a sun many darknesses away.
M: I still see the gate, my knowledge tells me those who built it perished fifty thousand years ago, millions of years after we found this new sun.
T: Alas, even my father did not know of their fate. Thy eye is well fed, sister of the bright dream.
A: Let us not tarry and think of dead ones. The people of the blue planet are the last to know of us, although they believe our world is lifeless in these times. We must keep them from evil's might!
T: I have drank my fill. I will live to see another sun rise.
they get up and go, film the pot.
shot of the three wandering, pausing.
Thregild raises his sword.
T: Knower, do you see any Raveners? Their presence is faint to me, but I sense something here!
M: They are here, we may bypass them if we keep going and then skirt past that stand of deathberry shrubs.
A: All the plants that live are not good to eat... is it true we shall eat the old food.
T: yes but there is not much left. Come, we follow the path Meelah the knower has shown us!
walk off
arrive, stop.
M: Do you see it? The Holy Keep of Swordglass towers before us!
T: Knower, only you see these things. The Keep was destroyed in our last war with the Howlers, thousands of years ago, when the Shanidar people vanished and the people of the near world were made alone.

A: My ancestor, the first strong one heaped the stones upon each other with his own hands. Now he is gone.

SO: Thregild, bring our guests the old food. Let them feast after their long journey.
T: yes father, (exits)
SO: my thoughtblood sees all you have seen, Meelah the Knower. you are welcome here. We must decide what is to be done.
A: I can pledge my army to help, Strong One! We are ninety seven strong!
SO: We can only send one man or woman to the blue planet, Prince of Bilafaha. My son is a man of action. He will want to go.
M: Is that wise, Strong One?
SO: It is not, I must forbid him. Fight him if he challenges me. I need my strength for the journey.
A: you go?
SO: I am the only one strong enough to make the journey and begin the hunt.

T: I bring you a feast, please eat.

SO: yes, enjoy the old food. Plants that still lived and were not poisonous, meat that we hunted. You will live years from this feast.

SO: I have decided I will undertake the journey to the Blue Planet. Does anyone challenge me?
T: Not I, Father.
SO: Then hear me, Thregild. There is only enough power for the energy beam to be used one last time. The need is great. More than just the blue planet are at stake from the evil of the howlers. I will not return to Cyani.
Because you did not challenge me as my heart saw you wanted to, I honor you in my departure. You shall become the new Strong One when I have departed.
A: As a royal Prince of the founding bloodline, I shall agree. Thregild showed wisdom in allowing us to come when he mistrusted us at first.
M: I will call forth the energy eels. They will fill the casques of Swordglass with power.
T: And I will labor with the machines, until the beam is repaired.
Close up: SO
SO: You all have your tasks! Go forth!
