I'm pretty sure I couldn't do this before, too...so extra dumb.
I tried changing it to .gifs, moving it to word. Blah.

Vraith, you can host your own images and files with a rather nice program me called Dropbox.

It is a great way to have a remote backup for free and to share files with people (or to access files remotely). Also, you get a public folder and you can just put files in there and secondary click them to get a public link (like I did with the images I have posted). It gives you a url that you just paste where you want to create a link.

And, no, I don't work for them!

I use it with work and for personal stuff and it's great. Probably more detailed solution than you wanted.
