Hey Sarge...what did you listen to while you were on vacation?
I thought you were a ripe grape
a cabernet sauvignon
a bottle in the cellar
the kind you keep for a really long time

I hit Null in the back with a black leather sack,
crack went the sack over Null's back.
As he fell to the floor I gave him some more
One,
Two,
Three,
Four
crack! went the sack over Null's back
I looked in his eyes as he lay on the floor
only to find to my surprise
that the one who'd taken the crack of the sack
was not Null at all but who???
it took me a moment...it was Drew!!

:P

It'd take you a long time to blow up or shoot all the sheep in this country, but one diseased banana...could kill 'em all.

I didn't even know sheep ate bananas.

The Answer lies in Danny Southard's The Story. Which isn't a story about a story. ;)

Hey guys...
Just so you know, this is not my sweetie, it is I, the sweetie's wife...

He missed you too. And Lord knows I miss him being on the board too.
He was supposed to be able to get back on tonight, but so far the lock is still on - we just checked. He's back in the livingroom hogging my new HD TV, so please, please, please get him back on. Write your moderator, write your congressman, write your mama, just so I can get him back on the board!!!

I really liked the poem, Marvin. Clever. Reminded me of that certain someone.

Oh, and you know who created the Odd Jack the Acid Clown look, don't you? That was me, not Sarge!! I made the costume, did the hair and make-up. It was for the police department's haunted house. We raised money and collected food for the food bank in our town. See he really is a nice guy.

Anyway, thanks for the kind thoughts. Now, I must go pry the dang remote control from his hands.
