looks like Theo is leaving the Red Sox for the Cubs. whil eI can't endorse hi sfree agent signings he has done very well drafting. if I were a Cubs fan I would be happy...

We'll see. I think he benefited from metric analysis that wasn't well known at the time. Other teams caught up, and then it was just the ability to spend more than them that kept them going. If the Cubs don't spend as much, not sure they'll see same success.
