How did your leg hold up?sgt.null wrote:on friday we visited 3 museums in houston.
Didn't know they had one. I am doing a play about weddings after the holocaust in the relocation camps. The research has been staggering and given me some sleepless nights.then the Holocaust museum. words can not describe. the absolute totality of horror. everyone should be required to go.
I have NO idea what an orange dot tree is so I am frustrated too.Feeling a bit frustrated that the orange dot tree on the index is not working reliably for me today.
Hi Menolly, does it help to go to 'Kevin's Watch Forum Index' and click on 'view posts since last visit' (in small letters on the right of the page). Doesn't that perform the same function as the Orange Dot Tree?Menolly wrote:Feeling a bit frustrated that the orange dot tree on the index is not working reliably for me today.

I can only speak of Yad Vashem, in Jerusalem, having been there when I was 13. I had learned about the Holocaust in USY (United Syngagogue Youth, the Conservative movement in Judaism's youth groups), but nothing had prepared me for the impact Yad Vashem has had on me then nor since.aliantha wrote:DC has a Holocaust Museum too, you guys. I've never been. I gather it's a wrenching experience.
No dental insurance would cover it?aliantha wrote:Thanks, MsMary. Her enamel started eroding when she was still in high school. It's going to cost a bloody fortune to fix, too, which is why she's been putting it off.
Sure, it'll cover part. But dental insurance covered Magickmaker's braces, too, and yet I still had to shell out several thou for 'em. And Batty doesn't have a job right now, so I'm pretty sure I'll be the one paying.MsMary wrote:No dental insurance would cover it?aliantha wrote:Thanks, MsMary.
