Willing victim? You know, I've told people to eat me before, but I never expected them to take me up on it!

Haven't looked at the article yet, but am I right in guessing this is the german they've been going on about for ages?
Strange story - apparently it happens more often than you'd think (the advertising, not the eating).

--> Just looked at the article, it doesn't tell the whole story. The cannibal posted on the internet looking for someone to agree to be eaten. He found seomeone, talked to them online, made sure they were certain about going through with it and that they would give written confirmation it was their own choice. Then they came over to his home. He had apparently had one or two other people who had gone this far then changed their minds at the last minute - he let them go. Then he found the guy that it tell you about in the article, who went through with it.
Another thing that i'd heard was that the part about cutting off the manhood before killing him was the victim's idea.

When cops raided Meiwes' ramshackle home they found just 15lb of Brandes left in the freeezer.

The perfect topping for all of those pizzas in Meiwes' freezer? We'll never know. :(

I guess I missed that story. Although, if it's the one I think it was, it's pretty disgusting.

The link is now to a story about Princes William and Harry out clubbing until 3am.
