Hello, All.
I'm going to make a request for future turn submittals.
Like Inferno and Acropolis, it would be a great help if you would list your points and your holdings in your submittal. Processing is starting to take longer and longer because I keep having to look at my spreadsheet for this information.
So, if you would be so kind, please include that information for ease and speed of processing.
Thank you.
We now return you to your regularly scheduled programming.

Another note:
I might try to slow things down a little in the game. Things are happening at a very fast pace and some players have expressed concerns about the speed.
I kind of agree with them as gameplay is starting to get more complex and MS. GM is having to pull some rabbits out of hats. It's becoming a bit of a Pandora's Box, if you will.
So, on average, we've been having two turns per month. Turns are basically real time.
Keep this in mind when you write up your submittals. You won't be able to build a house in two weeks. Things take time.

As I have seen regarding the construction of Festival Hall. I had hoped it would be ready by the winter's solstice to brighten the longest night of the year, but have been told its grand opening will be for the tournament. Which was the original reason for its construction anyway, so fine by me.
Since Laurel is appointed by the Builders Guild to place craftsmen and artisans in productive positions, she finds ongoing long-term projects are a blessing.

Just to forewarn everyone: Laurel (basically me) is having a strong gut reaction against the militarization and what sounds like the beginning of isolationist/xenophobic steps (early rise of Hitler, anyone?) occuring this turn. So far, AllMother has borne the brunt of it via messenger. As she has told me, it looks like my desire for interaction and role play has been handed to me on a plate, if anyone is willing to play along.
I just need to figure out what approach to take and how to play it. I expect Laurel's PP to drop, if the rest of the village is unsympathetic, and I need to decide if I want to risk that for principle.
Ah, the ideals of a hippie live on. Counter revolution, here I come.
(and yet my fear of, and instinct for avoiding, debate lives on; especially when against the sheriff!)
