So who's excited? What are you looking forward to in MoP?
I haven't set foot in beta. My horde GM is really excited about the new talent trees for druids, but he's feral.
I'm curious about the changes to archaeology and the cooking specs and dailies.

I had a whole bucket list at the start of the last two expansions. I really don't this time. Things to see, pets to tame, Fel Reavers to gank. Hmm... wonder if I will be able to one-shot Fel Reavers when I'm 90.

Blizzard Entertainment Notifies Its Players of Unauthorized Access to Battle.net Account Information
Based on Blizzard's investigation to this point, credit card and other customer payment data does NOT appear to have been accessed or affected. As a precaution, however, Blizzard encourages players to change their Battle.net password and any similar passwords used for other purposes.
"It is not the literal past that rules us, save, possibly, in a biological sense. It is images of the past. Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. It tests its sense of identity, of regress or new achievement against that past.”

With the release of patch 5.0.4, we’re making all the races of Azeroth playable by anyone, no matter which version or expansion of World of Warcraft they own. This includes the enigmatic pandaren, who will become available for play when Mists of Pandaria is released on Tuesday, September 25. We want the entire World of Warcraft community to be able to embrace their inner goblin, blood elf, worgen, draenei, or pandaren from the moment they step foot into the world of Azeroth.
Now, the only hard part will be choosing a name. Who will you be next?

Someone sent me a Scroll of Resurrection so I can log on and get credit for all my mounts/achievements on the old account, so you might see me around sometime in the next 7 days.
Might just log on once each char and go, but more likely I'll stick around to try and get a few mounts that are easier to try for with my old reps and progress (like Anzu... don't have lower city rep on the new account).

have you ever tried explaining yourself

i've had this with actors before, on the set,
where they get upset about the [size of my]
trailer, and i'm always like...take my trailer,
cause... i'm from Kentucky
and that's not what we brag about.

At least we don't have to rush home from Gamestop at 12:05 this year.Sorus wrote:Coffee. Lotsa coffee.
Though it was fun.

I've done so little preparation or planning for this. I think I will just experience the first day or two of the expansion without a care in the world.

The Wrath party at Gamestop was pretty cool. They had a costume contest with scantily-clad BElfs freezing their asses off and everything. Cata was just meh, though at least the line was short.
I am also unprepared, but expect there to be herbs to pick, new things to cook, and archaes to ologize.
If any MIA folks are checking in here, let me know if you want a Scroll of Resurrection. (7 days of free time to check out the new stuffs.) You know you want to....
