Some may remember that I put together a pretty vast compilation of artwork generated by members of this site. Made it into a book and gave it to SRD. Looking at it as one collection was pretty impressive. Anyone that wants to order the book let me know, I will order it for you. BUT it costs about 70 bucks.

As far as my art, I know it is VERY interpretive and expect no feedback. I do it for me. Sometimes I make it my avatar. I appreciate it. If someone likes it, cool. If no one likes it, cool. It's similar to my This I Believe thread. I do it for me with no expectations.

I came to the Watch originally to meet other people who appreciated SRD's work. What I found here was a community. Like any other community, each member has strengths and weaknesses, and each makes his or her own unique contribution. That's what makes it fun.

That's pretty much where I am, too. And I also appreciate ussusimel's remarks on this subject.

Good that I admire myself so much, quite enough to carry on with what I do anyway.
