Got back last night from an awesome vacation to Acadia National Park on Mount Desert, Maine. Here's a couple hundred pictures:

We stayed at a B&B,
The Atlantean Cottage Inn, where we were treated very well.

It helped that we were there before the season started. We were actually the only ones there two of our five nights. Breakfasts were fantastic! Baked, stuffed French toast; pineapple upsidedown French toast; apple clafouti... And always some fruit with a delicious maple, or coconut, or some other sauce. I'm gonna miss that place!!
The park was amazing. The views, as you can see, are breathtaking. And you might recognize this cliff from Shutter Island.
We did a lot of hiking. Here's a particularly interesting trail:

1,200 granite steps. Built in something like 1893, and restored in the 1930's.
