The ending of scene from inception. You have to watch the whole movie to get the real feel for it though, it's quite amazing.
Also the scene in the fellowship of the ring where boromir picks up the ring on the mountain... never mind... ill just say all of the lord of the rings xD

This masterpiece pulls of the astounding trick of making the highest point [literally] in the entire ninety minute film, occur in the last handfull of frames.
